LIVE MASTERCLASS
A 90-minute live masterclass for cake designers who want to learn how to stop copying and start designing wedding cakes.
June 14, 2026 | 11am EST / 4pm GMT
Live on Zoom (90 minutes)
Limited-time replay included
We all learn the skills.
How to make the flowers. How to apply fondant. How to work with wafer paper.
But nobody teaches you how to actually design a cake.
There is a difference between knowing how to make a rose and knowing where to place it, how many to use, what size, what spacing — so the whole cake looks intentional and expensive instead of just decorated.
That is what this masterclass is about.
How to develop your own style in cake decorating, so your portfolio looks cohesive and you never have to copy a Pinterest cake again.
How to calculate servings and design a cake that looks proportional in any size.
The basics of flower arrangement: understanding shape, color, texture, rhythm, and scale.
How to prepare flowers and decor elements so they are food safe, stable, and can withstand long deliveries.
How to place flowers on a cake to make it look intentional every time, and how to know how many flowers and what type to use.
Meet the Instructor
Hi, I’m Anna.
I’m a pastry chef and wedding cake designer, and over the years I’ve taught wafer paper techniques to more than 50,000 bakers around the world. Today, over 114,000 bakers follow my work on Instagram, where I share modern wedding cake designs and techniques.
I have been teaching cake design and wafer paper techniques for years. This masterclass is the class I wish had existed when I started.
